Gregory W. Hosé

Legal Experience

Mr. Hosé concentrates his practice on representing employee benefit trust funds in ERISA collection actions, successor liability actions, multi-employer pension plan withdrawal liability actions, and on other litigation on behalf of unions and their benefit plans.

Prior to joining Arnold and Kadjan, Mr. Hosé practiced in the Chicago office of Drinker Biddle & Reath, LLP (f/k/a Gardner Carton & Douglas, LLP) in the commercial litigation department. While at Drinker Biddle, Mr. Hosé concentrated his practice on health care litigation, obtaining summary judgment on behalf of a hospital in an action for breach of physician recruitment agreement, resulting in a $500,000.00 judgment for the hospital, and obtaining summary judgment and recovery of attorneys’ fees in a medical credentialing case.

During law school Mr. Hosé served as an intern in the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia, assisting with sex offense and domestic violence prosecutions, and served in the New York Attorney General’s Office assisting with securities fraud prosecutions pursuant to New York’s Martin Act.
