Legal Experience

Mr. Allen concentrates his practice on representing employee benefit trust funds in ERISA collection actions and other litigation on behalf of unions and their employee benefit plans.

Prior to joining Arnold and Kadjan, Mr. Allen worked as a Board Attorney at the Illinois Educational Labor Relations Board where he investigated unfair labor practice charges, conducted representational elections, presided over hearings as an Administrative Law Judge and wrote recommended decisions based on case law.
